Business Hub Platform – Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing and using the Business Hub Platform (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your relationship with Business Hub Technologies Inc. (“Business Hub”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and apply to all users, including government representatives, private sector partners, investors, and consultants.

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms, including any future amendments. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Anyone accessing the Platform through your account is also bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Account: Your unique user profile created upon registration with Business Hub Platform.
User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform, including public institutions, businesses, or professionals.
Verification (eKYC): The identity authentication process using electronic Know-Your-Customer protocols.
Project Listing: A project or initiative published by a government entity or business for collaboration, funding, or consultation.
Collaboration Tools: Features that enable communication, document exchange, meetings, and workflows between users.
Transaction: Any form of engagement on the Platform, including project applications, proposals, or document submission.
Wallet (if applicable): A feature allowing users to manage payments or service fees on the Platform.
Service: The suite of digital tools and services provided by the Platform, including project matchmaking, investor networking, and secure communications.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Account Registration and Access

You must create an account and complete verification (e.g., eKYC or institutional authorization) to use core services.
Business Hub reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts at its discretion.

2.2 Purpose of Use

The Platform is intended solely for professional and institutional collaboration on public and private sector initiatives.
Users must comply with all local and international laws governing public-private engagement, data exchange, and financial conduct.

2.3 Permitted Functions

Once registered and verified, users may:

List projects, respond to tenders, or propose partnerships.
Engage with government-backed initiatives.
Communicate via secure channels.
Share or receive documentation.
Access dashboards, reports, and notifications.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy and Integrity

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and ensure it remains current.
Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or project data may lead to immediate suspension.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

Submit misleading, unlawful, or confidential data without authorization.
Attempt to compromise Platform security or impersonate other entities.
Use the Platform for political campaigns, spam, or personal financial gain outside the intended purpose.

3.3 Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All actions under your account are considered legally binding unless proven otherwise.

4. Platform Services and Financial Operations

4.1 Project Matching and Communication

The Platform offers matchmaking tools that use user-submitted data to suggest suitable partners or investors.
Communications are monitored for compliance and logged securely.

4.2 Payment Integration (If Applicable)

If payment functions are enabled (e.g., premium access or submission fees), users may link approved financial instruments.
Business Hub may charge applicable service fees, which will be transparently disclosed.

4.3 Premium Services

Certain features such as advanced analytics, proposal templates, or investor dashboards may require a subscription.

5. Suspension, Termination, and Inactivity

5.1 Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates the Terms or applicable laws.
Accounts may be reactivated upon re-verification and resolution of the issue.

5.2 Inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for 12 months may be deactivated.
Data retention policies apply in line with regulatory requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of project listings or services.

6.2 Limited Liability

Business Hub’s liability is limited to the direct value of paid services (if any).
We are not responsible for third-party engagements initiated through the Platform.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Business Hub against any legal claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

7. Communication, Records & Dispute Resolution

7.1 Platform Communication

By using the Platform, you consent to receive digital communications, which are deemed legally valid.

7.2 Audit Trail

All transactions and communications are time-stamped and stored as evidence in case of disputes.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed via Business Hub’s internal resolution mechanism before escalating to regulators or legal channels.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time with at least 21 days’ notice.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and Business Hub.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and documentation belong to Business Hub or its licensors.

8.4 Force Majeure

Business Hub shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including system outages, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

9. Compliance with Regulations

9.1 Data Protection

Personal data is processed in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and global best practices.

9.2 Anti-Fraud & AML

The Platform implements anti-money laundering and anti-fraud protocols. Any suspicious activity may lead to account suspension or regulatory reporting.
